The La Darbella restaurant offers delicate and local cuisine, made with local produce, that is the centre point of the gastronomic reputation of the French Jura: Bleu de Gex, Morbier, Comté, Mont d'Or, and Cancoillote cheese, river and lake fish, trout, pike, local charcuterie and French Jura wines.
Take place in our chalet and mountain style restaurant on the South facing terrace. Over the seasons, the dishes are to be enjoyed with a unique and spectacular panorama over the snow covered slopes in the Winter and green fields in Summer, within a rejuvenating and natural environment.
Amongst our Franc-Comtois specialities, do not hesitate to try our cheese Fondue, cheese Raclette, Vin Jaune Chicken, and a selection of other fine dishes, all of which will take you deep into the heart of the French Jura mountains tastes and experiences.
Our restaurant can accommodate up to 80 persons on tables for 2 to 10 persons, and the terrace can also accommodate up to 80 persons.
